Responsible for strategic planning of the PBX system implementation as well as ongoing telecommunications operations for UH. This included:

Developing the strategic plan for voice and data communications including remote connectivity products of ISDN, Frame Relay, T1, TLS and OC3.

Creating a standardized deployment plan for remote voice systems and WAN connectivity, based on applications, system, circuit, bandwidth and availability for each clinic, warehouse, and administrative facility associated with UH.
Conducting cost, feasibility and technical studies to determine the most effective transport medium for applications requirements.
- Developing a comprehensive, long-term plan to reallocate numbers in the dial plan by determining the most effective use of PBX feature codes, ease of dialing within the campus and impact on University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
